TOS

1. General Terms- Please have your idea for your commission ready before contact. Please be clear about what you may want; include, possible poses, colors or anything other important details.- If you have any changes that you would like to be made to the commission, please contact as soon as possible.- I will only allow up to 3 changes per project, if you go over this amount there will be an extra $10 added to the price.- Big changes, such as: composition changes, character changes or pose changes will not be available to make if the commission is near completion.- If you have a deadline for the project, please provide your deadline with your commission request. If you request a deadline after your order has already been made, there will be an additional charge based off the deadline.- Please provide clean references for your commission request and are easy to read.
When providing references, please try to keep reference images below 4 images.- Avoid sending shaded images as reference images. Commissions will be more color accurate if flat images are provided.- Update schedules will be provided and discussed upon purchase. If you have a certain schedule that you would like updates to be provided, please mention that in the commission request form.- I have a right to refuse a commission if I do not find the content appropriate.- Refunds will be provided if updates have not been provided 2 weeks after payment, deadlines have not been met and if the commissioner requests the refund before I start their request.- You may not use my artwork to plug in to any AI programs. I do not consent to having my work be used in an AI learning tool and I will take legal action if I find my art has been used for AI learning. You will be added to a blacklist and banned from being able to commission me in the future.- I will deny work for NFTs/Crypto, if I find this rule is broken I will blacklist you and take legal action.- Commission work is based on non-commercial pricing. If you would like you like to discuss using your commission for commercial work, please inform me at the beginning of the commission process so we can discuss pricing.- Refunds are not available after the commission is complete.- I have the right to cancel and refund at anytime.- I will only accept payment plans if the commission exceeds $200.- Payment is only accepted through paypal and kofi. Unless a payment plan is agreed upon, all funds are due within 48 hours. Failure to pay within that timeline will result in a cancellation.- After commission is complete you will receive all files related to your commission.2. Drawing and Subject matter- I will draw: OCs, Furry/Anthro, Semi-NSFW, Game Characters- I will not draw materials relating to: Fetish material, gore, real life people- Heavily detailed subjects with detailed backgrounds, multiple characters, and detailed characters may cause the base price of the commission to increase.3. Adoptables- Adoptables are not sold with commercial rights. If you would like to discuss commercial rights, please send a DM or email so we can discuss pricing.- Adoptables made in the style of established series are drawn that way for visual purposes and can be changed to OC designs.- Please do not sell adoptables for more then what you paid for or you will be blacklisted. You may only sell them if extra art or materials are added to increase the value.- You may not use any adoptable for nfts, crypto or ai training. If I find you have done any of the listed, I will blacklist you.- You may not trace or make art bases out of the adoptable once purchased.- You may not sell any adoptables if you have not purchased them and you will be blacklisted.- Do not claim that you are the designer of the adoptables I created.- Please properly credit me when listing the adoptable.- You may add design updates/edits to the character you purchased, however do not sell the new design separately from the original design.- Payment plans can be discussed if the adoptable is over $200.- If payment is not given within 48 hours, then the character purchase will be canceled, and the character will be relisted for sale.- Chargebacks will result in blacklisting and the nullification of character ownership..4. Graphic Design- When displaying my graphic design please have proper credit listed.- You may not sell the designs that I make.- Minor edits to the designs are allowed but credit will still be needed.- If you rebrand and sell the graphic design project, do not sell for more than what you paid for.- You may not trace over my designs.- If you plan to use the graphic design I provided commercially, please DM so we can discuss pricing.- Pay to use designs may not be redistributed.
